Base:
- 2 – 8” or 10” flour tortillas
Sauce:
- ½ cup (125g) pizza or pasta sauce, divided
Cheeses:
- 3 Tablespoons (17g) grated Parmesan cheese, divided
- ½ cup (112g) shredded mozzarella cheese, divided
Toppings:
- 20 pepperoni slices OR assorted other toppings, divided
- Preheat Oven: Arrange one rack in the center position of your oven and preheat to 425ºF (218ºC). Lay the tortillas flat on a clean surface to prepare for assembling.
- Spread Sauce: Spoon about ¼ cup (63g) of pizza or pasta sauce onto each tortilla. Using the back of the spoon, spread the sauce evenly over the surface of each tortilla, leaving a small border around the edges to prevent sogginess.
- Add Cheese and Toppings: Sprinkle approximately 1½ tablespoons (8.5g) of grated Parmesan cheese over each sauced tortilla. Follow with ¼ cup (56g) of shredded mozzarella cheese on top. Arrange 10 pepperoni slices or your choice of assorted toppings evenly over each pizza.
- Bake Pizzas: Carefully transfer the assembled pizzas directly onto the oven rack to allow the heat to crisp the tortilla base. Bake for 5 minutes or until the cheese is melted and bubbly and the edges are crisp to your liking. You can also bake each pizza individually in a toaster oven if preferred.
- Serve: Remove pizzas from the oven and let them cool for a few minutes. Slice and serve warm for an instant personal pizza treat.
