Ingredients

Scale

Wraps

  • 8 whole-wheat tortillas
  • 1 pound sliced turkey breast
  • 2 avocados, sliced
  • 1/2 cup ranch dressing
  • 1 cup shredded lettuce

Optional Ingredients

  • Sliced tomatoes, as desired
  • Shredded cheese, as desired

Instructions

  1. Prepare Ingredients: Slice the avocados and, if using, slice the tomatoes. Shred the lettuce if not already shredded and have the turkey breast slices ready.
  2. Lay Out Tortillas: Place each whole-wheat tortilla flat on a clean surface or plate to prepare for assembling the wraps.
  3. Assemble Wraps: Spread about 1 tablespoon of ranch dressing evenly over each tortilla. Then layer the turkey breast slices, followed by the sliced avocado and shredded lettuce. Add optional sliced tomatoes and shredded cheese if desired.
  4. Wrap and Serve: Fold in the sides of each tortilla and roll tightly from one end to the other to enclose the fillings securely. Serve immediately or wrap in foil/plastic wrap for later consumption.

Notes

  • For a lower-fat option, substitute ranch dressing with a light yogurt-based dressing.
  • To add crunch, consider including sliced cucumbers or bell peppers.
  • These wraps can be refrigerated for up to 24 hours, but avocados may brown—use lemon juice to prevent discoloration.
  • Whole-wheat tortillas add fiber and nutrients compared to regular tortillas.
