- 1 packet Tastemaker

- 1 Medium Egg

- 1 tbsp Ginger and garlic paste
- 1 tbsp Ginger paste
- 1 tsp Chilli paste
Vegetables and Spices
- 20 g Onion (chopped)
- 20 g Chopped carrots
- 15 g Leeks
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 tsp Pepper
- Prepare the noodles: Boil water and cook the packet of MAGGI Daiya Deviled Chicken Noodle noodles until soft but not mushy. Drain and set aside.
- Heat oil and aromatics: In a pan or wok, heat 2 tablespoons of oil over medium heat. Add 1 tablespoon of ginger and garlic paste and 1 tablespoon of ginger paste; sauté until fragrant.
- Add spices and vegetables: Stir in 1 teaspoon chilli paste, 1 teaspoon salt, and 1 teaspoon pepper. Add chopped onion, carrots, and leeks, and cook until vegetables soften slightly.
- Cook the egg: Push the vegetables to the side and crack in the egg. Scramble it gently until fully cooked and blended with the veggies.
- Add chicken and noodles: Add the 100 g deep-fried chicken pieces to the pan, mix well. Then add the cooked noodles along with the tastemaker from the noodle packet. Toss everything together to combine and heat through evenly.
- Serve hot: Remove from heat and serve your spicy chicken noodles immediately while hot and fresh for best taste.
