  • 100 g Chicken (deep fried)
  • 1 Medium Egg

  • 2 tbsp Oil
  • 1 tbsp Ginger and garlic paste
  • 1 tbsp Ginger paste
  • 1 tsp Chilli paste

Vegetables and Spices

  • 20 g Onion (chopped)
  • 20 g Chopped carrots
  • 15 g Leeks
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Pepper

Instructions

  1. Prepare the noodles: Boil water and cook the packet of MAGGI Daiya Deviled Chicken Noodle noodles until soft but not mushy. Drain and set aside.
  2. Heat oil and aromatics: In a pan or wok, heat 2 tablespoons of oil over medium heat. Add 1 tablespoon of ginger and garlic paste and 1 tablespoon of ginger paste; sauté until fragrant.
  3. Add spices and vegetables: Stir in 1 teaspoon chilli paste, 1 teaspoon salt, and 1 teaspoon pepper. Add chopped onion, carrots, and leeks, and cook until vegetables soften slightly.
  4. Cook the egg: Push the vegetables to the side and crack in the egg. Scramble it gently until fully cooked and blended with the veggies.
  5. Add chicken and noodles: Add the 100 g deep-fried chicken pieces to the pan, mix well. Then add the cooked noodles along with the tastemaker from the noodle packet. Toss everything together to combine and heat through evenly.
  6. Serve hot: Remove from heat and serve your spicy chicken noodles immediately while hot and fresh for best taste.
